Yes, my derm said maybe i should have my thyroid checked, i asked about the bowel movement thing and she just told me everyone has different periods of days, but i will try to improve so i can have bm at least once a day, a bit hard since i have had bad bm since i was young.

I have not taken my basal temp, but i will go ahead and take it.
