Hi everybody,

I feel that my liver is not ok at all (no appetite, extreme fatigue, pain and discomfort in right side abdominal area, very iritabile, deppresion). The liver blood tests are a little elevated.

I try to avoid everything that harms the liver but it is not enough.
How can I detox without any harm considering I have severe adrenal fatigue (very little energy, insomnia, anxiety).
I am not considering a liver cleanse but I was thinking about a light coffee enema. What do you think about it? Any experiences? Other sugestions for the liver?

From time to time I use bitter herbs but do't feel it's enough.
