It is troubling to think that I 'wasted my fast' by not refeeding properly, even though I followed the refeeding process here :

I ate Watermelon on day 1, but within 18 hours, could eat mung + rice + yogurt. That too is a 'cleanse' food used for a monofood fast :

Perhaps the speed of going to that was high, but it was not a 'difficult' food.

Fruits plus mung+rice+yogurt is all I ate for the first 4 days. Coffee was not until Day 5 (and hard to avoid, as that was a conference/work setting).

Hmm..... maybe the duration of the fast is not my problem, rather the method of refeeding. BP was in fact lower for the first 4 days of refeeding.
