Was reading this study and didn't know that both vitamin A and Iron deficiencies can make iodine deficiency worse like Selenium deficiency does.
"showed an inverse relationship between the Serum Se concentration and the volume of the thyroid gland. Se deficiency can also exacerbate the effects of iodine deficiency and the same is true for vitamin A or iron deficiency[60],[78]."
