Hi! I'm on the 7th day of the fast and it's going very well, except for the fact that i'm always cold. I live in a cold climate and i can't seem to do anything to warm up!

I've tried making hot lemonaide or water, but that only works for a few minutes and i'm so full off of all that liquid!

I've tried doing some little exercises or walking around, but as soon as i shower and settle down again, i'm cold again.

I've tried adding more maple syrup in my mixture but that just gives me more energy and not necessarily make me any warmer.

Anything else I can warm up my body?
