Look all I know is when I took peptodismal witch destroys the biofilm then a few hours later I took Psyllium to mop up and remove the the biofilm.
The next night my poop look like them pics after a professional colon flush done in the 70s. I might try what you suggested.
Anyone else know of something that loses the biofilm?
