oh shoot! that's what i've been doing this whole time! either that, or i'll start with really hot water and then add the maple syrup and lemonaide. is that bad?!?!

i wanted to do 40 days, but i'm not sure if i can with this cold! it's starting to get to the point where i ALWAYS have frozen fingers and toes...
