Excellent post, thank you. I'm prepping to do a liver flush.

I'm new to the site tonight so bear with me if I'm a noob.

Would you mind elaborating on what the congested liver symptoms are?

I know mine has to be congested, no doubt. And I feel about half the person I felt at my best about a decade ago, but I know I can feel 10xs or more better than even my best - thus digging deeply into detox.

Did you do the Epsom Salts and lemon/olive oil flush?

How long have the 68 flushes you've done taken?

Any info you could provide would be much appreciated.
