Hi guys.Can someone explain one thing please.(English is my 2d language,I'll hope you understand.)If a person already has a low level of cortisol... That's mean s/he had been in high level of it for a long time...And then adrenals became exhausted ..So it looks like this:normal level=>high=>low.
And how it should be recovered now?How the pattern should look like?
Low cortisol=>high=>normal?
Or its just will high up to normal levels and that's it(of course if we would do the right thing to recover)?Thanks.
