I'd get rid of whatever is causing the roids, use medicinal marijuana for the ptsd, and give my adrenals a rest.

Put a drop of Iodine in a gallon of water and sip on it all day for a few months while you work on your adrenals.

Too much and too little of anything has the same effect. If you are deficient, then you need a little, but not too much. You have to listen to your body to and let it tell you when you have found the right dose.
