Agreed guys ,
I definitely realized the last few days and today were more of a adrenal crash from the Iodine than detox symtpoms. I felt energized for the first 2 days and have been feeling like crud the last 4 days afterwards.
Luckily I bounce back from crashed in around a 1-2 weeks.
