I am in brothers and sisters. I am ~15hrs in to a dry fast. I am hoping for a 5 day dry, 5 day water and 5 day fat fast. My goal is the loss of the last few niggling lbs. No real target weight in mind, but there is a few grabs of fat I want to be rid of.
