Hi, I have just completed day 20 of my water fast. Over the 20 days so far I have lost a total of 1stone 12 (26lbs) in weight. I am of course delighted with this result! Not sure how long I will continue but at the moment I am not hungry and am feeling really good. I know my body still has healing to do so I see no reason to stand in its way! The very best of luck to you as you embark upon this fabulous journey!
