Hi,
my name is Kelly. I asked a similar question yesterday....all the syptoms you are having...I have on day 6 and I always break because like you...I feel I am gonna die. I didn't get to much response on here but I have finished day one and tomorrow will be day 2. I want to make it past DAY 6 SO BAD!! SO I guess I will drink more and use more maple syrup if I have to...see if that works. I CAN RELATE TO THE HEART RACING.
