I second what Archus has said.

One thing I have realized for myself is I cant do junk food in moderation. If I have a little I end up having a lot. It has taken sometime for me to realize this. It was hard for me not to binge when I broke my first couple fasts but I have finally gained the will power to stay away from it.

Congrats on 25 days. That is a feat I have yet to touch.
