Thank God I'm a woman! 7 percent body fat send a hard goal. It's a bit disappointing that I can't stop at 160 since I prefer to be more curvy. But anything is better than what I am now so I will carry on.

I am wondering something. Maybe you can help. If digestion ceases after 2 or 3 days, why would I experience stomach growling today (day 5)? It's the first time it has done it since day one and I am a bit confused by it.
