I have been going since Jan 2014. I was in some serious pain. I had foot surgery sept 2013, and it eliminated a lot of pain and problems. Then the 4 X a month chiropractor appts essentially in ~6-8 months eliminated any body aches. I still have a few niggles here and there but nothing long term.

That and fasting and the weight loss have pretty much sorted my health out. Hopefully for good.
