Hi there, I’m sorry to post this here but I thought someone here might be able to help me. I don’t know anything about this forum (I found it randomly), but I began taking Iodine and selenium about four days ago because I suspected I might have a thyroid issue and someone suggested it to me. Randomly one of my eyelids swelled up and has not gone down since. I haven’t taken any other Iodine in 24 hours. Is this a normal reaction to Iodine and/or selenium? I can’t find much information about it anywhere. I’d appreciate any input and information on this forum and detoxing, the purposes etc. Thank you.
