I do agree with some of this about multivitamins arrange how I'm sick but I always took a multi vitamin how weird I was always a health head before i got sick

Makes me think a hair mineral test is valuable huh maybe more important than a g.i test as the mineral supposly shows what can be high as well as just low and insufficient levels of minerals
