Praziquantel eliminated my F. Buski, but the few months I had F. Buski caused me to develop a complicated multi-species hyperinfection of multiple different types, because trematodes secrete the most powerful, broad spectrum immune system modulating enzymes that not only hide the detection of, and the response towards the trematodes.... but also the lesser evolutionarily developed cestodes, nematodes, acanthocephalans, and other helminthic invertebrate parasites. If you get a fluke infection of any species, you must take measures to eliminate it first (and hopefully as soon as discovered) before treating any other types of parasites.
