So people who eat too often and too much and don't chew their food at least 40x should drink water(preferably distilled) while eating?
How much water should be drank with each meal? Like one sip of water after each bite of food? Or one big gulp of water after each bite of food?
How about tea, would tea made with distilled water be better to sip while/during eating?
I guess mint and or peppermint and or ginger tea would be the best choice to drink during meals, right?
