Thank you, Cutlers response gives me some clarity. yes this experience have definitely brought me closer to god.

I am a bit scared of molybdenum since a lot of people say its toxic and I dont want to overdo it and get moly-toxic instead lol. Sadly he doesnt talk about manganese dosage.. hmm. Thats the tricky one. Also, as he said, I've tried taurine and vitamin c both of which gave me intense side effects so I had to stop it.
