Hey day 10-ers

Yaahoooo! Congrats to all, thanks so much for the suppport!!

This is unbelievable! Most people I talk to cannot even conceive of something like this. They don't believe that I am still up and about after telling them I haven't had solid food since Thanksgiving!

I'm 10 lbs lighter and ready for OJ. I've walked away with an awareness of what I should and shouldn't be eating and of course breaking the old habit of eating as an excuse to procrastinate.

You're right LL, just think what else we can accomplish after the self-discipline we exhibited over the past week!
