I am on Day 2 and my hunger is fading in and out but I am very committed to this. I have three questions:

1. Due to my communte on NYC subway in the morning I am hesitant about taking the salt water flush in the morning, what is the downside of taking it at night?

2. I am not having large BM, is that normal, had one after my salt water flush on day 1 but thought I would be having them consisently throughout the day.

3. Is it ok to make the tea in large quanitites so that I can just pour when I am ready instead of fixing a glass each time?
