Hi everyone!!

I am on day six and feeling allright. I'm pretty low in energy though. I'm not hungry at all, so I don't think that I am drinking enough lemonade. I'll try to do more today. Does anyone know if there is added benefit to having a colonic in the middle or end of the MC? I have been having good bowel movements in the morning, just want to make sure the cleansing is all that it can be! I also may stop tomorrow- alot of friends coming in for the weekend and we want to surf!!! I'll need some energy.
