I'm on day 9 today (hooray!) and this is what worked for me...just thought it might be helpful for someone else.

"Smooth Move" laxative tea in the evening the first few days. SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first thing in the morning every morning...the elimination period has been taking me about an hour to get through. Someone else posted that they would get up early, drink the SWF, go back to bed and by the time they got up they were ready to sit and get business taken care of.

I work outside of the house as well, and haven't had the need to use the loo from the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yet.
