Day 1 for me, too. Off to a great start (even got son to run juicer for me.) Mental attitude is almost where it should be. Very psyched, committed, but still a bit scatter-brained. Opened fridge out of habit, and very glad I remembered "no solids past these lips."

Let's hear from any other first-dayers...
