Emotional cleasing? Sounds interesting... would love to hear an explanation for that one if you have the time. I have heard from more experienced cleansers that if it is done right that you shouldn't feel too much discomfort while doing it. I guess since this is my first time I really don't know what to expect while doing it. I would love for some more experienced cleansers to weigh in and relate some of their experiences on their first cleanse!
