Hi Agnes,

Your website is absolutely fabulous!! Thanks.

I've always had allergy problems, but after moving into my new husband's house, all heck broke loose. I developed asthma, and for the entire time the house is closed up for winter, my nasal passages are simply blocked. I've purchased every supplement possible, then finally realized it wasn't about what to put into my body, but about what I needed to remove from my body.

About two months ago, I did a seven day fast (followed program from Daniel Reid's "Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity"). Basically, it is water only, with psyllium and bentonite. I realized how toxic I was after I vomitted about six times the second day (clear mucous). I moved some mucoid placque as well.

My asthma symptoms have definitely improved, and I feel a little better! Still stuck with the nasal congestion. My first question is: I'd like to do a kidney and liver fast, but am wondering if I should first go back and do another fast, since I didn't use a parasite cleanser during my first fast.

I suspect we have molds in our house, but there's only so much I can do with the environment. We do live in NE part of US. I work from home, also, so I don't get a break from the house each day.

My second question is: Do you have any suggestions for relief for the nasal congestion. There's no infection present, a lot of clear mucous, but it seems mostly like my sinus passages just swell shut. I've tried neti pot, sinus irrigation, vitamin c. I also massage my sinus area, which does help temporarily. While fasting, I had no allergy/sinus problems at all. This tells me it really has to do with digestion.

I'm doing the Water Cure too, and think it is great.

Thanks in advance for any feedback, and thanks again for all the great information on your website!
