Hi Angelique. No, I did not do a parasite cleanse first. I wanted to, and had ordered my zapper and herbs, but they hadn't arrived. I was anxious to do the cleanse. I have read that it's good to do the parasite cleanse first because the results are better. I don't know.

My zapper and herbs came today. I will start on them and by the time my next cleanse comes around in two weeks, maybe the results will be more spectacular. I believe I only got out about 75 stones and they weren't huge like some peoples, but I figure that's 75 less in me now, so that's good.
