L - I'm very sensitive and had a detox reaction to ACV when I first tried it. I backed off and started again with just one drop. I've worked my way up to 68 drops which is just less than a teaspoon. It's taken a long time but I haven't had any detox reactions along the way.

I "work my way up" with everything new that I try. It sures makes a difference!
