Dear Hildegard,

Yes, do plant some cilantro (also known as coriander)
in the ground nearby. It grows better in soil than it
does in pots.

No, I don't know anyone besides myself who has used
the cilantro pesto regularly. I give the pesto much
of the credit for the sypmtom-free experience I had
when my Amalgam fillings were removed.

Here in South Florida, I'm surrounded by neighbors and
relatives who, by my standards, do everything wrong when it comes to food, drink, and exercise. Most of them have one or more serious illnesses or degenerative
conditions. But none of them will give up the booze, the barbecue, the ice cream, or the diet sodas. They
prefer going to doctors and taking handfuls of prescriptions drugs. It makes no sense to me. I feel like I've falled down the rabbit hole.

Andreas says that many people have 10,000+ stones in
their liver. So you may well have a lot more that need
to be dislodged and purged. Your intution, Hildegrad,
will tell you what to do.

If negativity is a problem, I suggest you read THE
POWER OF NOW by Eckhart Tolle. He was German-born,
and lived there the first 30+ years of his life.
Tolle is an enlightened man, and his books is full of
ageless wisdom and good advice. I'll bet your local
library has a copy of it. Check it out.

Good luck with your cilantro garden, Hildegard. You'll
love the pesto. It's delicious. I eat a spoonful every

Let me know how you're doing, my friend.

Love & Blessings,
