Right now Im on colonix and I am having good bowel movements every morning. However I am not releasing mucoid plaquoid (spelling) like a lot of others on the board are experiencing. Can I release mucoid plaqoid through coloix? Or is Oxypowder a better product from peoples opinions. thanks
