The book you read was the Nutritional Health Book by Phyllis Balch, right? I own an older version of that and it is a GREAT book.
I used to take garlic everyday for candida, and I found that my yeast infection can't "adapt" to it so it works great for the yeast sufferer. I have also spent more money then I care to think about on herbs and other things, and I found another method that costs me absolutely nothing and it is greatly helping me. Biking causes some of the most extreme die-off I have felt and I feel wonderful the day after I do that and I think it might just be my "cure" along with ACV enemas, a healthy diet, and probiotics. Now that I have found all this out, it would be great if I could also get my money back because I have spent way too much on this disorder!
