Seems like you are craving the allergens - dairy, corn, peanuts. I craved pop corn for a long time. I limit myself to once or twice a month when I go to a movie, just so I'm not totally depriving myself. I used to eat it all the time.

I heard a doctor on the show, "Your Health Matters with Doug Kaufman (Family Network out of Dallas, TX) talk about corn and peanuts having mold, and that is why people with candida crave them.
