Hi Lumas,

I just get the Arrowhead Mills Pancake and waffle mix and follow the recipe. I think it calls for an egg - I use free range omega 3 egg, oil - I use virgin coconut oil, I skip the sweetener it calls for. Since I don't use syrup, I just spread butter over the pancakes and sprinkle Stevia over them.
