stay away from the beer, Antibiotics ,and of course the pill..iv had my yeast infection for 3 years now im still looking for a cure ...try inserting yogurt in your vagina see how that works.. iv tried it it worked for a lil while but it came back..but it might work different on you..iv used diflucan it works for a lil while but it came back...try it though ...the reason why it itches so bad because its a different kind of yeast infection...some have odors and some dont some itch and some dont...what i do when it itches really bad...i take a shower and i clean it out and wash it out that helps for a while...your colon may also itch too..its because the yeast is in your system..i hope i can help you...mabie we can help eachother..
