Hey,
I was wondering if anyone can help me?
I have been diagnosed as having Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome a year ago and about a month ago I found out I had candida, therefore I started on the strict diet and now 4 weeks later I am suffering die off symptoms. My nutritionist said this was really good but I should still stay on the diet to make sure the candida has gone. However I do not know how long I have to stay on the diet, is there a way to tell when the candida has finally gone, as I do not want to start introducing foods again if the candida will grow again.

I am taking acidophillus, goldenseal and a supplement called Dida.
I would like to know if there is any way my body willl tell me when the candida has stopped growing.
