I would probably slow down your regiment if you're having a violent reaction. Maybe throw in some fruit or scale back on your anti-fungals a bit. I recently made my diet even stricter than normal and had 2 days of fever, nausousness and body aches. Just be sure you drink alot of water and consider some coffee enemas or colon hydrotherapy.
