Undigested food in your bowels is just going to drag you down, you do well to keep away from the food that seems to trouble you. When your liver feels better you should introduce them again, one by one, perhaps there are some you are allergic to, only monitoring them can allow you to identify which. Just be aware of your energy level after eating them when you get started re-introducing them (no rush- always limit yourself to one change at a time-the liver treatment is plenty for now). If you feel suddenly tired after eating some of the food you used to avoid(sometimes you will literally need a nap) then it means you should avoid that food for good.
