It is mucus not lining. When you are cleaning house sort to speak, you will be flushing out the mucus that has been gunked in your intestines.This is good, it harboours the little $^^$$^%^%^'s. So getting rid of it is good. Also globs of white can be candida. I expelled some months back for a few weeks. It look a wet cotton ball or something like that, a little more rubbery. eeeewe.

Its a good thing, better out then in.
