Whenever there is a change in temperature (going outside/inside), I have clear mucus that drips from my nose.

When I was doing cardio outside this winter it would happen too, I dunno if it comes from body heat vs. cold tip of nose.

I think it been happening all my life... I used to think it was normal.

I think it is called temperature rhinitis. Symptoms are very mild, I just make sure I always carry a facial tissue in my pocket.
