Hi,

I suffer from acute sinus pain, espicially around my period. It is usually located on one side of my head and my both my ears feel permanently blocked. I too suffer more pressure in summer months and runny nose in winter months.

I have been doing the Candiida diet and cleansing with Oxypowder and Candigest for the past month or so. Seen a lot of improvements. But ears still feel blocked. On/off sinus pain but not as bad as it was.
