At first I thought bad, but now I think good...very good.
I have found it best not to be resistant to suggestions. It cannot hurt to try. And an enema is rather simple and can yield big results. Sometimes when I feel bad I do one and immediately feel better by clearing some toxins out. Also, I have seen huge clumps of candida after doing them.
I do a succession of 3 or four "mini" enemas with really warm water. The first 1 or 2 times mostly fecal matter comes out. The last time it is all candida. When I get to the last one, after I am cleaned out of fecal matter I find I can hold the water much longer. I can actually get up and walk around so I jump up and down a little and roll around on the floor and massage my abdomen...gently of course. And voila, big clumps of ugly, miserable candida. right there.
It is so large sometimes I cannot stop starring at it in disbelief.
So if you have candida , you must try it.
