Dear Shelly,

Can dandelion tea aggrevate the gall bladder? I bought some yesterday to help my lymphatic system (it's heavily overloaded) but both yesterday and today after drinking it I felt lot's of discomfort. Yesterday it was a dull pain in the gall bladder area and today it's more nausea and pressure in my solar plexus.

I also have a quesion about lecithin. Is it really so helpful in regulating the hormones? Mine are totally out of balance and I bought Chinese Bitters to harmonize them but because of gall bladder I have to take GCG instead. I feel like trapped in a no way out situation. The GCG doesn't work so well becaue the liver is congested but I can't start with decongesting the liver because my gall bladder is acting out. Is there a solution for this?

One more question about liver maintanance in-between the flashes. You suggested not to take any vitamin or mineral supplements. What is the reason, or did I misunderstand?
