I have been on magnesium glyconate for over a year and still have heart palpations.

I notice the palps upon awakening, after exercising and when I try to fall asleep at night. It is sometimes very disturbing, other times, mild, but always an issue when falling asleep.

What type of magnesium do you use? What food/nutrition forms are you using daily?
