if this is yr 1st outbreak, bad news! it is the worse one! but I have good news too , every future outbreak will last less than half the time and be much less painful and annoying. but now you must face about 7-10 days of disease. so give me further info aso that I can try to help you.

are you a man or a woman ? where exactly did yr outbreak was located? when did it started exactly?
