Hi Shelley,

Thanks for all the info/sites etc. I have two questions though after reading the Bowel Cleanse sites. I have concerns about using psillium for the cleanse for a lot of reasons - you mentioned flax seeds. Can you briefly respond how I would use flax seeds to do a colon cleanse. Also, you mention the cleansing drink containing the lemon and apple cider vinegar and cayenne. I thought apple cider vinegar was not allowed on a candida diet??
