Hi #60623,

You may use what is suggested in the Master-Cleanse to start the action of the Cleansing as you have listed above, then you may come in with some of the Alkalizing drinks as Invincible has listed here which I have been mentioning, so as to help your body to neutralize the Toxins and Excess Acids which the Master-Cleanse mix has started to Kick loose in your body!

In other words you must cause the body to go too acidic with the mixes which are listed in the MC, but then you may help your body greatly, if you take some drinks which may help Alkalize your body after the Master-Cleanse has started to do it's job!

It may be better and less Painful to do cycles of this , so your body may deal with the Released Toxins and Excess Acids which may be Released into your Lymphatic system and else where in your body by doing short cycles of Cleanse, instead of longer continous cyles of Cleanse!
