If you do a search of FAQ's on this forum you will find many of my old postings regarding diarrhea, nausea and the such after my gb surgery.
I still have symptoms years later but with Liver Flushing my life is more normal. Please encourage her to Liver Flush and make a few dietary changes to make her life better.
